About Elizabeth Li
Li Shan Shan was born in 2001 and grew up in Hong Kong, where she received her education and graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong's Department of Art in 2024. In October of that year, her graduation work, a mixed-media, three-dimensional sculpture, "The City of Theseus" was exhibited at the Parallel Space 6th Anniversary Group Exhibition "Transmutation".
Li has consistently considered the influence of family and society on her upbringing, exploring themes such as the meaning of life and the concept of the afterlife. These themes form the basis of her artistic expression. She hopes her art will connect with viewers' inner emotions, enabling her to delve deeper into the unknown realms of the spiritual dimension.
